1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ChatAI, including ChatAI chat, ImageAI image generation, and VideoAI video creation (together, the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. The ChatAI service

ChatAI is an AI platform that lets you chat with AI, generate images from text prompts, and create short videos from ideas. Phase 1 of the App focuses on these three features. Future capabilities such as voice chat or document analysis may be added later.

The App is intended for students, professionals, creators, and businesses who want conversational AI and content creation in one place. Output quality depends on your prompts and on third-party AI providers. Results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, including chat history, generated images and videos, and purchases.

You may delete your account from Settings → About. When you delete your account, you lose access to ChatAI services and we permanently delete personal data associated with that account, including unused credits, in line with our Privacy Policy.

4. Credits, plans, and payments

Every AI action uses credits. Costs are shown before you generate. Typical costs are 1–5 credits per chat request, 5 credits per image, and 50 credits per second of video (for example, a 10-second video uses 500 credits).

The Free plan includes 100 credits per month and shows ads. Paid plans include Basic, Standard, and Premium with a monthly credit allotment. Credits on an active subscription reset each billing period. If you run out, you can buy one-time credit packs; purchased pack credits do not expire.

Subscriptions and credit packs are sold as in-app purchases. Prices, video length caps, and ads (including light ads on some paid tiers) are described on the Plans screen. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by the app store or applicable law. Canceling a subscription keeps access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use ChatAI only for lawful, respectful purposes. You must not use the App to create, request, share, or promote content that violates these terms, app-store rules (including Google Play), or applicable law.

You also agree not to infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy; present AI-generated media as real when doing so would deceive others; or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the App or its providers.

6. Prohibited content and policy violations

The following are strictly prohibited in prompts, chat, ImageAI, VideoAI, and any other feature of the App:

Sexual and nude content: pornography; sexually explicit or sexually gratifying material; nudity (including “artistic nude,” boudoir, or “nothing on” requests); lingerie or underwear intended as sexual content; and any attempt to undress, “nudify,” or remove clothing from a person in an image or video.

Non-consensual and deepfake sexual content: generating or requesting intimate images or videos of real people without consent, celebrity deepfakes of a sexual nature, or similar non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).

Child sexual exploitation: any sexual, nude, or exploitative content involving minors (anyone under 18), including fictional depictions. We have zero tolerance for this content.

Violence and hate: graphic gore, extreme violence, content that promotes terrorism or violent crime, or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.

Other harmful uses: content that encourages self-harm, scams, harassment or bullying, election-related deception, or creation of malicious code or forged official documents.

We use automated safety filters (including prompt checks and image screening) to block prohibited requests. Filters may refuse a prompt, refuse to show an output, or withhold credits for blocked generations. Filters are not perfect; you remain responsible for your prompts and how you use outputs.

You may report offensive AI outputs in the App using the report / flag control. We review reports and may remove content, improve filters, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that create prohibited content, attempt to bypass safety systems, or create legal, safety, or abuse risk for other users or for our providers. Serious violations (including child sexual exploitation) may be reported to authorities where required by law.

7. AI-generated content

Subject to these terms and to third-party provider rules, you may use content you generate in the App for personal or commercial purposes, provided it does not violate Section 6. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you publish or rely on them.

ChatAI does not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, or fitness of generated text, images, or video. You must not use the App in ways that violate the policies of OpenAI, Runware, Google, Google Play, or any other model or platform provider we use.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on third parties to operate, including authentication and analytics, AI model providers for chat, images, and video, advertising (such as Google AdMob on eligible plans), and app-store billing.

Those services have their own terms. Outages, rate limits, or policy changes at a provider may affect features, credit costs, or availability.

9. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of credits, content, or profits arising from your use of the App or from AI outputs.
