Delete your account in the app

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data directly from the app:

Open ChatAI on your device.
Go to Settings (Profile tab).
Tap About.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm deletion when prompted.

If you signed up with email and password, you may be asked to enter your password again to confirm deletion. Google sign-in users may need to sign in again if their session has expired.

What we delete

When you delete your account, we permanently delete personal data tied to that account, including:

Your account and profile (name, email, phone number)
Chat history and AI conversation data
Image and video prompts and generated content stored in the app
Credit balance and unused credits
App preferences linked to your account

What we may keep

We may retain certain records only where required for billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. This can include subscription or in-app purchase transaction records processed by Google Play (we do not store full payment card numbers in the app).

Anonymous or aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you may also be retained.

If you cannot access the app or need assistance deleting an account, contact us with the email address linked to your ChatAI account and we will process your deletion request.
